Are you a hands on Practical person? Do you enjoy finding solutions to technical problems? The Pure Scooters service centre is London’s leading scooter workshop and we are looking for someone to provide the best aftersales care to our customers and scooter owners across the capital. Primarily focused on scooter servicing in our central London showroom there is also a huge opportunity to learn more about the most exciting form of modern urban mobility.
The position is based in our London showroom and may require international travel.
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering the highest level of customer service to our existing customers and all scooter owners across the capital. We are looking for the right individual to take the skills learnt through our training and use them to wow our customers.
Conducting pre delivery inspections to ensure each scooter leaves the shop in excellent condition.
Other day to day duties may include:
Identifying problems with a scooter and discussing solutions with the customer Estimating the cost of repairs and giving quotes Carrying out a scooter service and safety checks Carrying out repairs and replacing parts Cleaning, degreasing and lubricating scooter parts Giving advice to customers Taking bookings for repairs and processing paperwork
As the market grows so too does the demand for servicing and repairs. We are looking for someone that wants to hone their skills and help develop new techniques to improve the efficiency of this process.
We offer comprehensive scooter servicing and will provide comprehensive training on each scooter brand from our trained engineers.
What you’ll need:
Cytech Level 2 bicycle mechanics training or equivalent Minimum 2 years’ experience with electric bicycles Fluent in a second language Eagerness to solve problems, seek out the root cause of an issue and take ownership to resolve it. Previous experience in retail Ability to pay close attention to detail, juggling multiple tasks at once whilst keeping the team and customer informed. To be a self-starter and be able to work as part of the wider Pure Scooters team. Flexibility and the willingness to sometimes work irregular hours
Strong understanding or interest in Micro Mobility and electric scooters. Experience in a high-growth start-up company. Entrepreneurial experience.
